Coffee lessens some of the damage caused by other vices, some research indicates. People who smoke and are heavy drinkers have less heart disease and liver damage when they regularly consume large amounts of coffee compared to those who don't. There is also evidence that coffee may help manage asthma and even control attacks when medication is unavailable. I am so happy when I heard the news, and I know that coffee lovers are also thankful for the news because they don't need to worry about caffeine anymore because of the benefits it offers. I always put in mind that A day without coffee is not a complete day but everything that is too much is not good for us. So even if I am craving for it, I still do try to balance my intake.
